Remote Senior Front End Developer

Description:

• The Senior Front End Developer will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for web applications, ensuring they are intuitive, responsive, and accessible.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers to transform wireframes and design mockups into functional web interfaces, focusing on creating a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Implement front-end optimization techniques to enhance the performance and loading times of web applications, considering Javascript test frameworks such as Cypress IO.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform development to guarantee compatibility across various browsers and platforms.
• Work closely with QA engineers to address detected issues and ensure proper grooming and documentation of assigned tickets for testing.
• Conduct thorough accessibility and usability testing as needed and address identified issues to maintain a high level of quality output.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for front-end code to facilitate future reference and quick onboarding of peers.

Requirements:

• High proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Front-end Developer with a proven track record of quality delivery.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as Vue JS, Nuxt JS, or React JS.
• Familiarity with asset compilation tools like NPM, webpack, and Sass.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new frontend features.
• Knowledge of Git version control systems and exposure to testing frameworks like Cypress IO.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
