Remote Senior Front End Developer

Description:

• The Senior Front End Developer position at dLocal involves building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
• You will have the opportunity to become a technical referent of a front-end team.
• Working with a talented software team on mission-critical applications for big customers like Netflix, Amazon, Nike, Facebook, and more.
• Responsibilities include focusing on product quality and best practices, coaching team members, integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic, writing efficient code, designing low-latency applications, working with micro frontends, implementing security, and collaborating with UX professionals.
• The role involves using top front-end technologies such as Next.js and React.

Requirements:

• Good level of written and spoken English is required.
• 4+ years of software development experience with Javascript applications.
• Proactive, curious, and able to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of React and experience with Next.js.
• Familiarity with testing libraries and version control tools like Gitflow and GitHub flow.
• Understanding of rendering types, pure functions, immutability, flux pattern, asynchronous programming, and scalable application design principles.
• Additional skills like experience with Git UI tools, React 18, React testing library, Typescript, Node.js, Express, Webpack, CSS modules, Jest, and user authentication are a plus.
