Remote Senior Front End Developer (React)

• Zipdev is seeking a talented Senior Front End Developer experienced with React for a full-time remote position.
• The role involves working closely with a US-based client specializing in aircraft repairs and software.
• The developer will be responsible for developing and enhancing the user interface of a critical platform, ensuring seamless and intuitive experiences for users in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, dynamic, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience across various devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into functional React components, and work with backend developers to integrate APIs and data services.
• Implement best practices for optimizing the performance of React applications, ensuring fast loading times and smooth user interactions, including lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient state management.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices, ensuring scalability and ease of future development.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of React applications to ensure functionality and reliability, using unit tests, integration tests, and tools like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Continuously stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the React ecosystem, incorporating new features and best practices into the development process to improve application performance and maintainability.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 6+ years of hands-on industry experience as a Front End Developer.
• A strong command of JavaScript and React is required.
• Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is necessary.
• Proficiency in Django/Python is expected.
• Candidates must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proven work experience as a Front-end developer is essential.
• Hands-on experience with markup languages is required.
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery is necessary.
• An in-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment) is required.
• Candidates should have an understanding of layout aesthetics.
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills are required.
