Description:
The Senior Front End Developer will lead the front-end architecture and development of new digital products using React.
This role involves translating complex UI/UX designs into high-quality, maintainable code.
The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and back-end developers, to iterate on product concepts and prototypes.
Rapid prototyping and testing of front-end solutions will be required to validate product-market fit, user flows, and feature feasibility during early-stage concept development.
The position includes implementing and maintaining modular, reusable component libraries that accelerate front-end development across multiple venture projects.
The developer will participate in discovery and ideation workshops, contributing a technical perspective to business concepts to ensure digital product ideas are technically viable from the outset.
Establishing and advocating for front-end best practices, performance optimization, and clean code standards is essential.
The role requires ensuring applications are accessible, mobile-optimized, and compatible across modern browsers.
Mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
A deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles is required.
Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or React Context is necessary.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and front-end integration with backend services is expected.
Knowledge of build tools and version control systems, including Webpack, Babel, and Git, is essential.
Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress is required.
The ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments, especially during concept development and MVP phases, is important.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders are necessary.
Nice to have:
Experience working in venture studios or early-stage startups is a plus.
Exposure to Next.js or other server-side rendering frameworks is beneficial.
Familiarity with Figma or design systems is advantageous.
Basic back-end knowledge, such as Node.js or similar, is a plus.
An understanding of Agile methodologies and startup lifecycle phases is desirable.
