Remote Senior Front-End Developer, Sportsbook Engagement

Description:

• The Senior Front-End Developer will work on enhancing the customer experience within theScore Sportsbook platforms by providing a seamless betting experience.
• Collaboration with design, product, frontend, and backend development teams to deliver a top-notch sports betting experience.
• Focus on creating aesthetically beautiful and simple interfaces for complex problems.

• Responsibilities include building front-end applications using React and TypeScript, designing and implementing customer experience features, improving code through refactoring, and solving problems related to large data sets and responsive UIs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, specializing in front-end technologies.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, React, and general UX Principles.
• Proficiency in data structures, distributed systems, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with modern web frameworks, API development, Git, GitHub, and relational databases.
• Comfortable working in the terminal, proficiency within an editor of choice, and experience with testing frameworks and profiling tools.
• Knowledge of caching strategies, third-party API integration, and passion for sports and/or gaming.
• Nice to have: Experience with Elixir, GraphQL APIs, GCP, Kubernetes, JavaScript SSR, open-source contributions, and sports/esports passion.
