Remote Senior Front-End Developer with React+Redux

Description:

• EcoVadis is seeking a skilled Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in React and Redux to join the Technology and Platform Services department.
• The role involves designing and implementing modern JavaScript-based in-browser applications for both Internet and intranet.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with UI/UX designers, product owners, and users to understand application capabilities, participating in agile teams to develop and support software solutions, and staying up-to-date with web front-end development trends.
• The position requires ownership over front-end application architecture, crafting prototypes, and identifying technical risks throughout the Software Delivery Lifecycle.
• The successful candidate will mentor junior developers, collaborate with remote team members, and work in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a computer science field, 5+ years of experience as a front-end JavaScript developer, and proficiency in React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Additional desirable qualifications include experience with SPA applications, modern JavaScript development toolset, RxJS, redux-saga libraries, and working in an international and multicultural environment.
• The position is full-time and offers the opportunity to work remotely from Spain starting in July 2024.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, Master of Engineering in computer science field or other relevant degree.
• Practical work experience (& up-to-date theoretical knowledge) with React & Redux is essential.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a front-end JavaScript developer.
• 2+ years in design and building SPA applications using an application building framework/library.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript development toolset, especially TypeScript.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment in a fast-growing company.
• Fluency in English required.
• Self-driven and team player.
