Description:
The Senior Front End Engineer position at Clari involves architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code for the Chrome Extension and Outlook Add-in.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features is a key responsibility.
Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to promote software development best practices is part of the role.
Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and consistent coding standards is essential.
Providing technical leadership, contributing to architectural discussions and decisions, and identifying and addressing bottlenecks and bugs are crucial aspects of the position.
Engaging in system performance optimizations to ensure fast response times and assisting in setting technical direction and long-term strategy for future technology choices are key responsibilities.
Participating actively in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and task estimation, and documenting software designs and project tasks for clarity and maintainability are important duties.
The role also involves new feature development and improvement on the Chrome Extension and Outlook add-in.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of professional experience in software development using frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Java/J2EE, Python, C#/.Net, or similar, with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
They should have 5+ years of frontend development experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
Experience in optimizing large-scale applications, managing terabyte-sized databases, and working with web services/API standards like REST and GraphQL is required.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, professional RDBMS development, and NoSQL technologies is necessary.
Experience with Salesforce development tools and developing Chrome Extensions is also a requirement.
