Remote Senior Front End Engineer

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development, preferably with startup experience, and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in React (at least 3 years of React experience).
• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Daily use of technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue.js, React, Google Cloud Functions, Google Cloud Run, and Netlify is expected.
• Nice-to-haves include experience with Python/Flask, PostgreSQL, Docker, and cloud providers like AWS or GCP.
• Experience with state management libraries and RESTful API integration is necessary.
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress) for web and mobile platforms is required.
• A strong understanding of responsive design principles is essential.
• The candidate must demonstrate the ability to lead initiatives and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines are required.
• The candidate should be able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative culture.
• A proactive and solution-forward mindset, with a bias for action, is necessary.
• The ability to work independently while communicating and collaborating across functions is essential.
• A passion for engineering and delivering quality work is required.
• Experience working on high-scale, production-grade projects and familiarity with agile methodologies is preferred.
• The candidate must be available to work from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
