Join the Porter Team as a Senior Front-End Engineer.
Porter is a leading healthcare IT and services platform that optimizes outcomes and member experience through analytics and care coordination.
As a Front-End Engineer, you will create and implement user interface components using modern web technologies.
Collaborate with the development team and UX designers to discuss user interface ideas and application requirements.
Translate design concepts into responsive user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in JavaScript.
Debug application code and troubleshoot interface software.
Develop and maintain front-end architectures that support user interfaces.
Monitor and improve front-end performance.
Implement A/B testing models to optimize user experiences.
Utilize behavior-based tracking to measure and evolve member experiences.
Document application changes and contribute to updates.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Front-End Engineer is necessary.
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages is essential.
Proficiency in React.js, Webpack, Redux, and Flux is required.
Experience with user interface design is necessary.
Familiarity with performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest is preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
