Description:

Centric Software is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to develop a new generation of user experiences that integrate generative AI with interactive visual interfaces for the fashion and retail industries.
The role involves leading the design and implementation of a canvas-style front-end interface for real-time visual content interaction.
Responsibilities include developing modular, scalable UI components using React, TypeScript, and MobX, ensuring high-performance rendering, and collaborating with UX designers and product managers.
The engineer will deliver high-quality, production-ready code while adhering to testing and CI/CD best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
Strong expertise in React and TypeScript is required, along with an advanced understanding of state management, preferably using MobX.
Excellent CSS and layout skills are necessary, including experience with PostCSS.
Experience with canvas-based interfaces such as HTML5 Canvas, Konva.js, or Fabric.js is essential.
Familiarity with Docker, Bitbucket, and deployment environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP is required.
Strong architectural thinking focused on UI performance and scalability is a must.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in building tools for design workflows, exposure to WebGL, and experience integrating generative AI APIs.

The compensation for this position ranges from $140,000 to $190,000, depending on experience, plus bonuses and benefits.
