Remote Senior Front-End Engineer (E-Commerce), Data and Systems

Description:

• Collaborate with Marketing & E-Commerce stakeholders to develop new features and launch product initiatives on the consumer site.
• Ensure ongoing stability, performance, and maintenance of the consumer site by working with the Data & Systems team.
• Implement responsive web designs to improve user experience.
• Optimize the e-commerce platform for speed and scalability.
• Integrate with backend services and third-party APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and offer feedback.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in responsive front-end web development.
• Proficiency in Typescript and React.
• Experience with Shopify platform (e.g. Liquid, Hydrogen).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting.
