Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Front-End Engineer to join our team and take a leading role in developing an AI-powered Document Generation product.
You will collaborate with various teams to build innovative user-facing features and translate complex designs into efficient and reusable code.
You’ll also lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, and ensure that your work aligns with best practices for performance and accessibility.
Key responsibilities include leading the design and development of user-facing features, translating intricate designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable, and efficient code, and optimizing components for peak performance across diverse web-capable devices and browsers.
You will collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success, conduct code reviews, maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed features, and make day-to-day engineering decisions based on complex business requirements and contexts.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model, is required.
A deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Next.js/React or Nuxt.js/Vue and their core principles is essential.
Familiarity with EcmaScript (ES6+) and newer specifications is necessary.
Strong knowledge of CSS (Flexbox, Grid) and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind (preferred), Bootstrap, or Material-UI is required.
Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, esbuild, tsc, and SWC is needed.
Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong grasp of UX and design principles are essential.
Leadership skills and experience mentoring junior developers are required.
