• Key responsibilities include leading and guiding the development team, utilizing React and Node.js skills for creating Product Detail Pages, providing mentorship to junior developers, focusing on UX design and animations, establishing a solid process and architecture, balancing mentoring with hands-on coding, and driving progress for project success.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of front-end development experience with expertise in React and Node.js.
• Proven leadership experience in guiding development teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, animations, and front-end architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective remote team work.
• Strong problem-solving skills to create order and processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located in LATAM.
