Remote Senior Front-End Software Engineer

Description:

• Proof is seeking a strong, experienced Front-End Engineer to help build and implement its web products.
• The role involves collaborating with Product and Business team engineers to design, create, and maintain features for Proof's enterprise users.
• Responsibilities include writing maintainable, reusable, and clean React components, interfacing with GraphQL to manipulate data.
• The engineer will set and maintain a high bar of quality code and architecture for the team.
• The position offers the opportunity to work on a product that is changing an industry.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience as a senior developer, building complex, customer-facing enterprise applications in React, Typescript, and GraphQL.
• The ability to work with and improve legacy code is essential.
• A concern for quality and enthusiasm for writing unit and integration tests is required.
• Candidates should demonstrate full ownership of the code they write, from the technical design through to production.
• It is preferred to have experience interacting with a Ruby on Rails back end and writing end-to-end integration tests using WebdriverIO.
