Remote Senior Front-end Software Engineer

Description:

• Seeking Senior Front-End Engineers (full-time contractors) in South America to assist with company growth and expansion.
• Focus on building frontend experiences in React, with familiarity in backend services like Ruby on Rails and/or Golang as a plus.
• Utilize CI/CD software lifecycle and services-oriented-architecture hosted in AWS.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create customer-centric experiences.
• Engineers actively participate in system and solution building discussions.
• Company operates in a highly collaborative environment valuing customer impact.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in React, Typescript, Node.js, Next.js, with Golang and Ruby on Rails as nice-to-haves.
• Experience with deployment systems like GitHub Actions and AWS CodeDeploy.
• Familiarity with AWS Services such as RDS, Lambda, EC2, etc.
• Understanding of Linux operating system and command-line tools.
• Knowledge of OO design, algorithms, and data structures.
• Ability to quickly learn new languages and technologies.
• Experience in developing high-traffic websites and improving SEO performance.
• Fluent in English.
• Computer Science or related degree preferred.
