Remote Senior Front-end Software Engineer (Full-Time Contractor)

Description:

• The company is seeking Senior Front-End Engineers (full-time contractors) based in South America to join the engineering team.
• The main focus of the role is building frontend experiences in React, with additional familiarity in backend services & technologies like Ruby on Rails and/or Golang being a plus.

Requirements:

• Experience with React, Typescript, Node.js, Next.js, Golang (nice to have), and Ruby on Rails (nice to have).
• Proficiency in deployment systems like GitHub Actions and AWS CodeDeploy.
• Familiarity with AWS Services such as RDS, Lambda, EC2, etc.
• Understanding of the Linux operating system and command-line tools.
• Knowledge of OO design, algorithms, and data structures.
• Ability to quickly learn new languages and technologies.
• Experience in developing high-traffic websites and improving SEO performance.
• Fluent in English.
• Computer Science or related degree preferred.
