Remote Senior Front End Software Engineer (United States)

Description:

• IntelliSurvey is seeking a Senior or Architect-level Front-End Software Engineer with expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Angular to contribute to building new software and enhancing the existing codebase.
• The position is remote, with the option to work from the office in Irvine, California, or a hybrid model in Southern California.
• The software is utilized by various companies for online survey development, deployment, and analysis.
• The role involves advising on front-end architectures, industry best practices, and advocating for optimal coding practices within the team.
• Responsibilities include writing maintainable code, Angular framework fluency, potential DevExtreme/DevExpress usage, understanding back-end code, SQL database experience, version control with git, and familiarity with various tools and libraries.
• Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, 4+ years of professional experience, strong JavaScript and Angular experience, OOP design understanding, collaboration skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years of JavaScript experience
• 3+ years of Angular experience (version 8 or higher)
• Understanding of OOP design and database concepts
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases
• Proficiency in git for version control and Atlassian tools like JIRA
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to translate requirements into functional code
• Familiarity with design software like Figma
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
