Description:
The Senior Front End Web Developer will be responsible for the complete life cycle of the corporate website development using WordPress.
Responsibilities include designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining the website.
Collaboration with design and marketing teams to translate UI/UX design wireframes into code.
Customizing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
Implementing responsive design principles to ensure mobile-friendly and cross-browser compatible websites.
Optimizing website performance, including loading times and scalability.
Staying up-to-date with the latest web technologies and industry trends.
Troubleshooting and resolving website issues and bugs promptly.
Conducting website performance tests and monitoring analytics.
Providing technical support and guidance to team members.
Participating in innovation projects to enhance offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end web development, with a focus on WordPress.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Target base compensation range: $107,000 - $161,000.
Compensation based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
