Remote Senior Frontend Developer, Agenda Reservation team (100% remote-friendly within Poland)

Description:

• The Senior Frontend Developer will join the Agenda Reservation team, responsible for a core module of the SaaS solution for doctors and clinics.
• The team's goal is to enhance user experience and efficiency in managing agendas for healthcare professionals.
• The team consists of 2 Frontend Developers, 2 Backend Developers, a Product Manager, a Team Lead, and other supporting roles such as Designer, Researcher, Product Analyst, and QA Engineer.
• The team values high collaboration, small impactful steps, and prioritizes people over processes, utilizing Kanban instead of traditional Scrum methodologies.
• The role requires active collaboration in designing new features, leading implementation, and ensuring high-quality results through programming, testing, deploying, and monitoring.
• The Senior Frontend Developer is expected to have a global impact, help colleagues grow, and continuously improve team practices.
• The team is focused on defining a new vision for the Agenda and developing new features while improving performance and user experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have more than 5 years of experience working on web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript ES6, TypeScript, and Vue is required.
• Experience with state management libraries and tools such as GIT, SASS, Yarn 3, Webpack, Docker, Vite, and NPM is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience in programming unit, component, and integration tests using Jest.
• Practical knowledge of frontend architectures is essential.
• The ability to work in a high-autonomy and responsible environment is required.
• A strong understanding of product management and user needs is expected.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in English at a minimum B2 level.
• Bonus points for experience in improving frontend performance on high-usage applications and programming in Vue 3, including composables and Composition API.
