Description:
The Agenda Reservation team is responsible for one of the core modules of the SaaS solution for doctors and clinics: The Agenda.
The goal is to provide users with the best agenda and user experience to simplify their daily work.
The team consists of 2 Frontend Developers, 2 Backend Developers, a Product Manager, a Team Lead, and other supporting roles like Designer, Researcher, Product Analyst, and QA Engineer.
The team values high collaboration and small impactful steps, prioritizing people over processes.
They utilize Kanban for workflow management and emphasize async communication, transparency, trust, and responsibility.
Team members are encouraged to challenge and improve their working methods continuously.
The team aligns with tech practices such as Testing, Refactoring, KISS, Pair Programming, Feature Toggles, Small Steps, Vertical Slicing, and Continuous Integration.
The role requires a focus on understanding user problems, designing solutions, and implementing them with high quality.
The team is currently defining a new vision and strategy for the Agenda and aims to develop new features and improve performance and user experience.
Requirements:
Candidates must have more than 5 years of experience working on web applications.
Proficiency in JavaScript ES6, TypeScript, and Vue is required.
Experience with libraries for state management is necessary.
Familiarity with tools such as GIT, SASS, Yarn 3, Webpack, Docker, Vite, and NPM is expected.
Candidates should have experience in programming unit, component, and integration tests with Jest.
Practical knowledge of frontend architectures is essential.
The ability to work in a high-autonomy and responsible environment is required.
A strong interest in product management and understanding user needs is necessary.
Candidates must be able to communicate in English at a minimum B2 level.
Bonus points for experience in improving frontend performance on high-usage applications and programming in Vue 3, composables, Composition API, and Vuetify.js.
