Description:

CloudLinux is a global remote-first company focused on delivering high volume, low-cost Linux infrastructure and security products.
The company is seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Developer to replace the current server-side HTML templates rendering with a single-page application (SPA).
The role involves setting up the new application build process from scratch and gradually replacing each server-rendered page with SPA modules.
The component is offered as SaaS and delivered from centralized infrastructure, presenting scalability challenges and dealing with sensitive data.
Key responsibilities include implementing user interfaces using front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular), taking technical ownership of the application, working with Linux-based systems for deployment, building pipelines for code testing and delivery, ensuring application security and data protection, troubleshooting and debugging code, using version control with Git, reviewing colleagues' code, and planning work effectively.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is required.
Proficiency with Angular for frontend development is essential.
Experience with Bootstrap or similar frameworks is necessary.
Proven experience in building web applications and scalable systems is required.
Proficiency with Git for version control is mandatory.
Strong experience with building CI pipelines in tools like GitLab or Jenkins is needed.
Experience with Linux as a deployment environment is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
An upper-intermediate level of English language proficiency is necessary.
The ability to work with vague requirements is important.
Candidates should be team players who can collaborate effectively.
Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress is a plus.
