Description:

Help Scout is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their fully remote team, which has been operational since 2011 and serves over 12,000 customer-centric businesses worldwide.
The role involves crafting delightful user experiences with clean, efficient, and highly performant software using JavaScript and modern frontend technologies.
The engineer will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers in small, agile teams, maintaining high standards and contributing to JavaScript and CSS best practices.
Responsibilities include implementing UI/UX designs from Figma and Storybook, improving performance, security, and usability, and occasionally working with backend technologies, particularly REST APIs.
The position requires participation in two-week iterations and effective communication via Slack, emphasizing autonomy and trust in a remote work environment.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating beautiful and functional user interfaces, a keen eye for design details, and a collaborative spirit.

Help Scout offers a competitive salary range of $136,000 - $168,000 USD, with compensation not based on geographic location.
