Remote Senior FrontEnd Engineer

Description:

• Wasabi is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (UI) to join the Applications software development team.
• The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining responsive UX and UI components for Wasabi's hot cloud storage service.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing internal processes, and contributing to innovative application architecture.
• The Senior Software Engineer will write clean, efficient code, implement automated testing processes, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
• The position requires active participation in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous improvement of agile development processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UI development experience with Javascript, React, Redux, Angular, MUI, styled-components, and CSS.
• Effective time management and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Agile software development principles and methodologies is required.
• Proficiency in consuming RESTful APIs and understanding modern API best practices (HTTP, REST, Swagger).
• Familiarity with virtualization, containerization technologies (virtual machines, Docker, Kubernetes), and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
