Description:
Join the Workflows squad at Customer.io as a Senior Frontend Engineer to help empower companies in building meaningful connections with their customers through personalized communication.
Transform complex workflows into intuitive, accessible, and high-performing web interfaces that cater to a diverse global customer base.
Enhance a platform used by startups and global enterprises to engage meaningfully with their customers.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to implement features that improve product functionality and user satisfaction.
Advocate for best practices in frontend architecture and cutting-edge technologies.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and promote a culture of excellence within the team.
Requirements:
7+ years of frontend development experience with a strong portfolio of applications built using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, with experience in React preferred and willingness to learn Ember.js.
Ability to translate complex technical challenges into user-friendly solutions with a focus on user impact.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working effectively in a distributed team environment.
Passion for pushing the boundaries of web technologies to enhance user experience.
Expertise in frontend performance testing and optimization techniques is a plus.
Availability to work in North/South American time zones.
