Description:

Help Scout is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their fully remote team of over 140 people, dedicated to helping businesses provide outstanding customer support.
The role involves crafting delightful user experiences and ensuring software is clean, efficient, and highly performant for over 12,000 customer-centric businesses worldwide.
The engineer will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers in small, agile teams, maintaining high standards and contributing to JavaScript and CSS best practices.
Responsibilities include implementing UI/UX designs from Figma and Storybook, improving performance, security, and usability, and occasionally working with backend technologies, especially REST APIs.
The position requires participation in two-week iterations and effective communication via Slack, emphasizing autonomy and trust in a remote work environment.

Requirements:

Candidates must be exceptional frontend engineers with a passion for creating beautiful and functional user interfaces.
A keen eye for design details and the ability to collaborate with designers to enhance user experience is essential.

Help Scout offers a competitive salary range of $136,000 - $168,000 USD, regardless of geographic location.
