Description:
The Senior Frontend Software Engineer position at Linktree is ideal for problem solvers who enjoy collaborating with various team members and value well-written and tested code.
As a member of the Commerce team, you will work on a social commerce product for Linktree, taking ownership of shaping and building the product from an early stage of development.
Responsibilities include owning projects from 0 to 1, driving architectural evolutions, ensuring high performance and quality software delivery, and collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers globally.
The Tech Stack primarily includes React, React Native, NodeJS, TypeScript, MySQL, Postgres, AWS services, Symfony, Doctrine PHP, and Twig templates.
The role involves designing functional, elegant, performant, and mobile-friendly components, running UI tests, and working on microservices and microfrontends.
The position offers a competitive compensation package with a cash compensation range of $160,000-$200,000 in the San Francisco Bay or Los Angeles area.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience with 6+ years of software development and 3+ years of React experience.
Ability to balance and advocate for quality in fast-paced product delivery cycles, design and build full stack solutions, and work with component libraries or design teams in user-facing applications.
Deep understanding of front-end architecture, data-driven development, and interest in microservices and microfrontends.
Strong product instincts, collaborative skills, and a desire to help teammates and users.
