Description:
Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their rapidly growing company and work on core product initiatives.
The role involves collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to implement best practices in technology, architecture, and process.
The Senior Frontend Engineer will be responsible for producing clean and well-structured code, implementing pixel-perfect designs, and maintaining code quality, organization, automation, and continuous delivery.
Daily responsibilities include working closely with cross-functional teams, attending meetings, providing and receiving feedback, and communicating development progress effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, take ownership of their work, communicate effectively, help teammates overcome obstacles, and seek feedback for growth.
Required skills and experience include a BS in Computer Science, a minimum of 7 years of experience in frontend development, proficiency in JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, REST APIs, Cypress, and strong knowledge of Frontend Architecture and System Design.
Requirements:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer in frontend development, with at least 3-4 years in a senior position working on large-scale applications.
Solid understanding of core JavaScript (ES6), React, Redux, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
Strong attention to detail.
Understanding of REST APIs.
Experience with Cypress in writing meaningful tests.
Interest in building UI with performance, accessibility, and scalability in mind.
Strong UX and product sense with the ability to negotiate the right MVP.
Comprehensible, well-structured, and highly performant code.
Strong knowledge of Frontend Architecture and System Design.
