Remote Senior Frontend Engineer

Description:

• Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their rapidly growing company and work on core product initiatives.
• The role involves collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to implement best practices in technology, architecture, and process.
• The Senior Frontend Engineer will be responsible for producing clean and well-structured code, implementing pixel-perfect designs, and maintaining code quality, organization, automation, and continuous delivery.
• Daily responsibilities include working closely with cross-functional teams, attending meetings, providing and receiving feedback, and communicating development progress effectively.
• The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, take ownership of their work, communicate effectively, help teammates overcome obstacles, and seek feedback for growth.
• Required skills and experience include a BS in Computer Science, a minimum of 7 years of experience in frontend development, proficiency in JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, REST APIs, Cypress, and strong knowledge of Frontend Architecture and System Design.

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer in frontend development, with at least 3-4 years in a senior position working on large-scale applications.
• Solid understanding of core JavaScript (ES6), React, Redux, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of REST APIs.
• Experience with Cypress in writing meaningful tests.
• Interest in building UI with performance, accessibility, and scalability in mind.
• Strong UX and product sense with the ability to negotiate the right MVP.
• Comprehensible, well-structured, and highly performant code.
• Strong knowledge of Frontend Architecture and System Design.
