Description:

  • Postscript is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer for the Acquisition and App Experience Team to develop a popup editor and enhance subscriber list growth for ecommerce stores.
  • The role involves working with React (TypeScript), Python, and AWS-managed architecture to make impactful contributions to the company and customers.
  • Responsibilities include researching, designing, and deploying technical solutions, addressing technical debt, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver a top-notch product.
  • The position offers the opportunity to mentor engineers, guide technical and product design decisions, and contribute to team health through feedback and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Must have a proven track record as a frontend engineer leading high-performing teams or complex projects.
  • Deep expertise in component design, state management, and testing within a React app.
  • Experience in building flexible architectures, problem-solving, and debugging complex systems.
  • Strong communication skills, experience in building high-growth products, and coaching engineers.
  • Ability to adopt new technology, drive technical decisions, and demonstrate empathy for users and strong design sensibilities.
