Description:

Aleph is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to develop AI features for their web app and add-ins.
The role involves incorporating large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies into the product to enhance Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
The engineer will collaborate with product and design teams to innovate AI applications, impacting user workflows significantly.
Responsibilities include prioritizing and executing the product roadmap, owning end-to-end development of new AI features, delivering robust and scalable code, and contributing to establishing best practices for the technology team.
The position also involves continuous collaboration with Design and Operation teams to enhance Aleph's offerings.

Requirements:

5+ years of full-time software development experience, with proficiency in React.
At least 1 year of experience in system design or architecture, focusing on architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
Possess a product mindset, comfortable engaging with customers to understand their problems and develop suitable solutions.
Strong background in algorithms and data structures.
Familiarity with AI platforms and technologies, including generative models and LLMs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Previous experience in startups or thriving in unstructured environments.
Exposure to B2B SaaS products, analytics, or tools development for Finance teams.
Interest or background in Finance, particularly in FP&A.

Anticipated salary range for candidates in the United States: $134,000 - $220,000 USD.
Anticipated salary range for candidates in LATAM: $70,000 - $149,000 USD.
