Remote Senior Frontend Engineer

Description:

• Cortex is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their team.
• The role involves designing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the user interface for their developer portal.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with product, design, and other engineers to develop new features, ensuring the product is up to date with the latest frontend technologies, and writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• The Senior Frontend Engineer will also work on improving planning, development, and deployment processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Candidates should have 5+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering, focusing on modern and intuitive user interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React and experience with complex single-page applications is necessary.
• Understanding of design principles for responsive and user-friendly applications, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential.
• The ability to mentor and coach junior engineers is also a requirement.
