Remote Senior Frontend Engineer

Description:

• Aleph, a company redefining Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their remote team.
• The company, founded by technical experts from Stanford and MIT, aims to centralize a company's financial data and provide a platform for better decision-making.
• The role involves working on the Core Product team, responsible for the web app and add-ins, to enable finance and operations teams to extract insights from their data.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to prioritize and execute the product roadmap, designing and developing complex features, and establishing best practices for a high-performing technology team.
• The ideal candidate should enjoy project ownership, operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working remotely.
• Requirements include 5+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in frontend, experience in system design or architecture, exposure to B2B SaaS products, and an interest in Finance, particularly FP&A.
• The tech stack includes GCP, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Cypress, Jest, HTML/CSS, Node.js, Python, MongoDB, and BigQuery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in frontend development.
• 1+ years of experience contributing to system design or architecture.
• Previous startup experience or thriving in an unstructured environment.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products, analytics, or tools for Finance teams.
• Exposure and interest in Finance, particularly FP&A.
