Description:
Aleph, a company redefining Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their remote team.
The company, founded by technical experts from Stanford and MIT, aims to centralize a company's financial data and provide a platform for better decision-making.
The role involves working on the Core Product team, responsible for the web app and add-ins, to enable finance and operations teams to extract insights from their data.
Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to prioritize and execute the product roadmap, designing and developing complex features, and establishing best practices for a high-performing technology team.
The ideal candidate should enjoy project ownership, operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working remotely.
Requirements include 5+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in frontend, experience in system design or architecture, exposure to B2B SaaS products, and an interest in Finance, particularly FP&A.
The tech stack includes GCP, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Cypress, Jest, HTML/CSS, Node.js, Python, MongoDB, and BigQuery.
Requirements:
5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in frontend development.
1+ years of experience contributing to system design or architecture.
Previous startup experience or thriving in an unstructured environment.
Experience with B2B SaaS products, analytics, or tools for Finance teams.
Exposure and interest in Finance, particularly FP&A.
Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $121,000 - $214,000 USD for candidates in the United States and $64,000 - $153,000 USD for candidates in LATAM.
