Description:

• Webflow is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to enhance and broaden collaboration features for teams working on website creation and maintenance.
• The role is full-time, permanent, and remote-first for individuals in the United States, British Columbia, and Ontario, Canada.
• The cash compensation is structured based on geographic zones, with pay ranges varying for different locations.
• Responsibilities include writing performant and accessible User Interfaces using technologies like React.js, Javascript/Typescript, HTML, and CSS.
• The Senior Frontend Engineer will lead projects, contribute to strategy, produce high-quality code, collaborate with product managers and designers, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a FE/UI engineer with a history of shipping code.
• Proficiency in advanced React and CSS patterns, a strong understanding of Javascript and/or Typescript, and experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Playwright, and Cypress are required.
• Prior experience with multi-user, multi-role, concurrent user products and working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment is necessary.
• A focus on web accessibility and comfort in an agile work setting are essential for success in this role.
