Requirements:

• Candidates must have strong expertise in front-end architecture, design systems, and performance optimization.
• Experience as a maintainer or active contributor to an open-source project with an engaged community is required.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and its ecosystem (Redux, Redux Toolkit, Redux Toolkit Query, Styled components, Storybook, Vite) is essential.
• Candidates should be proficient in writing unit and end-to-end tests with Jest and Playwright.
• Awareness of web accessibility standards and a solid understanding of WAI-ARIA principles is necessary.
• A self-driven, curious, and empathetic problem solver who enjoys exploring emerging technologies is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude are highly valued.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Strapi CMS or other content management systems is a bonus.
