Description:

Webflow is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer for the Enterprise Workflows team, which focuses on building and maintaining collaboration features for larger teams.
The role is remote-first, based in Mexico City, and is a full-time, permanent position.
The cash compensation for this role ranges from MXN 836,400 to MXN 1,100,000, depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience.
The Senior Frontend Engineer will report to the Senior Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities include writing performant and accessible User Interfaces, working with technologies such as React.js, Javascript/Typescript, HTML, and CSS, and leading projects that contribute to team deliverables.
The engineer will also mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product managers and designers, and participate in engineering citizenship activities.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Frontend/UI engineer with a proven track record of shipping code.
Proficiency in advanced React and CSS patterns is required.
A deep understanding of Javascript and/or Typescript is essential.
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Playwright, or Cypress is necessary.
Candidates should prioritize web accessibility and have experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional team.
Comfort in an agile, safe-to-fail environment is expected.
