Remote Senior Frontend Engineer - Feature Control (Remote across ANZ)

Description:

• Join a team redefining how the world experiences design
• Work remotely from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand
• Design, develop, and deploy internal solutions through hands-on software development
• Collaborate with leads, engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver features and services to internal customers
• Focus on web frontend development using TypeScript, but may work with other languages
• Advocate for engineering needs and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
• Drive initiatives, improve processes, and find opportunities for cross-team collaboration
• Set high standards, make technical decisions, and help engineers evolve
• Required skills include experience in delivering high-quality commercial software, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, technical reviews, writing performant code, and effective communication
• Nice to have skills include working with interface design tools, understanding feature flag frameworks and A/B testing, and full-stack development

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality commercial software
• Extensive experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, or other high-level frameworks
• Ability to write performant, reusable code for UI components and conduct technical reviews
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Good writing and verbal communication skills
