Description:
The position is for a Senior Frontend Engineer in the DataViz squad at Grafana, which is part of the Core Experiences division.
The team is responsible for creating panels that visualize data in Grafana, including Histogram, Time series, Geomap, and Canvas.
The mission is to ensure that all data visualizations are useful, performant, and aesthetically pleasing, enabling users to make informed decisions with their data.
The role is remote, and applicants must be located in the United States.

Candidates should have experience with data transformation and visualization tools such as SQL, D3.js, and Matplotlib.

Requirements:
Candidates must be comfortable working in a remote-first environment and possess strong communication skills.
A minimum of a couple of years of experience as a front-end developer is required.

A good understanding of user-centered software development processes is necessary.
Candidates must be able to understand user context and goals to build valuable solutions.
The ability to transform ideas into working code, design solutions, and write prototypes independently is essential.
