Remote Senior Frontend Engineer - Grafana Oncall

Description:

• The Senior Frontend Engineer position at Grafana Oncall is a remote role specifically looking for candidates in Canada Eastern Timezones.
• The team is responsible for Grafana OSS Oncall and Cloud offerings, collaborating closely with the IRM mobile app and Grafana Incident.
• As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will work in a cross-functional team closely with Product and Design to define goals and build solutions.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable working remotely, value communication, enjoy learning, and have solid experience as a Software Engineer working with React, Typescript, and ideally RxJS.
• You should be able to transform ideas into working code, work on complex solutions, and care about code maintainability, readability, and testing.
• Understanding the implications of technical decisions, enjoying teamwork, and being part of the community are also important aspects of the role.
• Technologies used include React, Typescript, Mobx, CSS modules, CSS custom properties, Prettier, Eslint, Stylelint, Plop, and Webpack.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a remote-first company and understanding the importance of communication.
• Enjoy learning, growing, and supporting others in their growth.
• Solid experience as a Software Engineer working with React, Typescript, and ideally RxJS.
• Ability to transform ideas into working code, design solutions, and care about code maintainability, readability, and testing.
• Enjoy working on complex solutions, understanding technical implications, and working collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in written and spoken English.

Benefits:

• Base compensation range for this role in Canada is CAD 165,882 - CAD 199,058.
