Remote Senior Frontend Engineer - Grafana Oncall

Description:

• The Senior Frontend Engineer position at Grafana Oncall is a remote role based in Spain.
• The team is responsible for Grafana OSS Oncall and Cloud offerings, collaborating closely with the IRM mobile app and Grafana Incident.
• As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will work in a cross-functional team with Product and Design to define goals and build solutions.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable working remotely, enjoy learning and supporting others, and have solid experience with React, Typescript, and ideally RxJS.
• You should be able to transform ideas into working code, work on complex solutions, and value code maintainability, readability, and testing.
• Understanding the implications of technical decisions, working collaboratively, and being part of the community are also important aspects of the role.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a remote-first company and understanding the importance of communication.
• Enjoy learning, growing, and supporting others in their development.
• Solid experience as a Software Engineer with proficiency in React, Typescript, and ideally RxJS.
• Ability to design solutions, receive feedback, and write prototypes independently.
• Enjoy working on complex solutions and value code maintainability, readability, and testing.
• Understanding the implications of technical decisions on the codebase and the team.
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in written and spoken English.

Benefits:

• Base compensation range for this role in Spain is EUR 88,627 - EUR 106,353.
