Remote Senior Frontend Engineer - Grafana Oncall (Remote, Argentina)

Description:

• The Senior Frontend Engineer position at Grafana Oncall is a remote role based in Argentina.
• The team is responsible for Grafana OSS Oncall and Cloud offerings, collaborating closely with the IRM mobile app and Grafana Incident.
• As part of a cross-functional team, you will work closely with Product and Design to define goals and build solutions.
• Embracing experimentation and lean principles, the team encourages sharing ideas and perspectives.
• Technologies used include React, Typescript, RxJS, CSS modules, CSS custom properties, Prettier, Eslint, Stylelint, Plop, and Webpack.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a remote-first company and emphasizing communication.
• Enjoy learning, growing, and supporting others in their development.
• Solid experience as a Software Engineer with proficiency in React, Typescript, and ideally RxJS.
• Ability to transform ideas into working code, design solutions, and value code maintainability, readability, and testing.
• Enjoy working on complex solutions and understand the implications of technical decisions on the codebase and team.
• Collaborative, friendly, kind, and respectful team player.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in written and spoken English.

Benefits:

• Base compensation range in Argentina for this role is USD 90,420 - USD 108,503.
