Description:

  • Webflow is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their Growth team, focusing on customer acquisition, monetization, and retention.
  • The role is remote-first, available to candidates in the United States and parts of Canada.
  • This is a full-time, permanent, exempt position.
  • The cash compensation is based on geographic location, experience, and skills, with specific pay zones outlined for the U.S. and Canada.
  • Responsibilities include building features using React.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, and writing both frontend and backend code.
  • The engineer will produce high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code while collaborating with product managers and designers.
  • The role involves setting up A/B tests, authoring design documents, influencing technical designs, leading projects, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Expertise in building and scaling complex React applications is required.
