Description:

The Digital Experience Senior Frontend Engineer (Independent Contractor) is responsible for executing frontend website development tasks utilizing best practices.
Familiarity with common frontend languages, including HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js, and Next.js, is required.
The role involves participating in daily stand-ups and regular sprint planning meetings to prioritize daily tasks and address any engineering roadblocks.
Following agile practices in the development of code for assigned tasks/projects is essential.
The engineer will execute a variety of engineering tasks, such as feature development for clients focused on the frontend, including Javascript, HTML, CSS, Next.js, and React.js.
Examples of tasks include coding homepage designs and menu designs.
The position is remote and based in Argentina, and it is a non-employee independent contractor role.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3-5+ years of overall frontend work experience with web-based technologies, including platforms using HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
A completed web development bootcamp or similar experience is required.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js, and Next.js is a must.
Experience with popular front-end frameworks is necessary.
Candidates should have experience building headless frontend applications (Progressive Web Applications) and/or experience building WordPress websites.
Experience working with GIT is required, and applicants should include their GitHub link in their application if applicable.
A passion for learning and problem-solving is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Experience with Typescript is a plus.
