Description:
The Senior Frontend Engineer will join the Parse.ly team to help evolve the analytics platform.
Parse.ly assists digital storytellers in measuring and optimizing content impact across major sites.
The role involves building and deploying user-friendly, high-impact applications with a focus on data visualization.
Responsibilities include discovery work, writing technical design proposals, building, debugging, testing, and participating in release planning.
Engineers will design data interfaces and visualizations using libraries like Pandas, Numpy, and D3.
Collaboration with product managers, designers, and stakeholders is essential.
Analyzing customer usage data to enhance user experience is also a key responsibility.
Requirements:
Candidates must have production experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with frontend frameworks, preferably Vue.js.
Experience in optimizing large-scale client-side applications for performance and scalability is required.
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for code reviews and technical discussions are essential.
Experience with data visualization frameworks such as Pandas, Numpy, and D3 is necessary.
Familiarity with writing accessible code and prioritizing inclusion is expected.
