Exceptional debugging and performance optimization skills are necessary for overcoming complex technical challenges.
Experience using AI tools like Cursor or similar to enhance productivity and streamline development workflows is preferred.
Strong leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills are required for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Bonus points for experience with Material-UI, Next.js, micro frontends, contributing to open-source projects, building design systems, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for front-end applications.
