The Senior Frontend Engineer will support the frontend development of Cylinder Health's web and mobile applications.
The role involves significant responsibility and influence in shaping patient-centered experiences in collaboration with product, design, and software engineering teams.
The mobile apps are developed using React Native with TypeScript, while the web application is built with React using Next.js.
The company utilizes Firebase and a microservices architecture for performance and scalability, with a DevOps environment that includes GitHub Actions and automated testing.

Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates must have 4+ years of demonstrated experience in building and supporting software applications.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and React Native is essential.
The ability to execute front end and mobile development throughout the entire development process is necessary.
A strong focus on automated testing is required.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are needed for collaboration with colleagues, business partners, and vendors.
Bonus qualifications include experience with Expo EAS, native iOS/Android code (Objective-C, Swift, Java, or Kotlin), familiarity with Google Cloud Platform/Firebase frameworks, experience with healthcare data, and working in a HIPAA regulated environment.
