Remote Senior Frontend Engineer - ReactJS (Germany, remote f/m/d)

Description:

• We are looking for a highly-skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join one of our development teams.
• In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js with technologies such as TypeScript, GraphQL, Jest, Cypress, and Vite.
• You will also be responsible for testing, profiling, and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.
• Mentoring your team-mates, planning tasks, and estimating workloads will also be part of your responsibilities.
• You'll be working within a cross-disciplinary team under the Engineering Manager to contribute to our multi-tenant SaaS product.
• To ensure success, you should have in-depth knowledge of React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a great understanding of progressive web applications.
• Ultimately, a top-class Senior Frontend Engineer should be able to design, plan, and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance and coach other team-mates to achieve the same.

Requirements:

• You should have 6+ years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Proven expert knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages is required.
• A quality-focused mindset and deep passion for user experience and user interfaces are essential.
• You should have great knowledge of common frontend tools including React.js, Vite, Jest, and Cypress.js.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software is necessary.
• Excellent familiarity with git, npm, docker, and Jira is required.
• Great troubleshooting skills are essential for this role.
• Good project management skills are necessary.
• Extensive experience in mentoring teammates in a respectful, empathic manner is required.
