Description:

  • Design and architect complex frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
  • Create reusable and scalable component libraries and frameworks.
  • Define best practices and standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable frontend code.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Lead code reviews and ensure code quality across the team.
  • Stay current with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts and project status to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex frontend issues and bugs.
  • Continuously improve existing codebase through refactoring and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a frontend engineer with a strong focus on React.js and Next.js.
  • Deep understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Git).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work in complex web applications is a plus.
