Requirements:

• Ability to balance fast feature delivery with the quality of releases.
• Proficiency in monitoring live systems, troubleshooting, and fixing production issues.
• Strong belief in documentation, open communication, and knowledge sharing.
• Skilled in problem-solving, requirement breakdown, and design implications identification.
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in using AI tools to enhance speed and quality of deliverables.
• 6+ years of hands-on development experience with Typescript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS.
• 4 years of hands-on development experience in React JS.
• Track record of developing and scaling web-based applications with a deep technical understanding of JavaScript.
• Familiarity with state management systems, routing, and react hooks.
• Extensive experience in using and configuring testing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of CSR, SSR, SSG, client-side hydration, and ability to implement them.
• Experience with various monitoring tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
