Remote Senior Frontend Software Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Front-End Engineer will be responsible for championing front-end efforts for end users and developers by refactoring and building user interfaces for Platform features.
• They will make informed choices about the front-end tech stack and architecture, working on architectural changes towards FedRAMP compliance.
• The role involves improving the platform for internal teams like Application Security Engineers, designing the platform with input from product teams and stakeholders, and enhancing the Design System for high accessibility and standards compliance.
• The engineer will build a platform connecting hackers worldwide with companies to enhance internet security.

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of web development experience.
• Understanding of modern web front-end architectures and patterns.
• Proficiency in JavaScript with React + Redux for front end, ESBuild, and JS test frameworks like Jest with enzyme.
• Familiarity with Haml and Ruby on Rails, HTML5, modern CSS, Progressive Enhancement web development concepts, WCAG2, and inclusive design principles.
• Knowledge of secure development best practices (OWASP) and front-end performance issues in web applications.
