Responsibilities include defining the technical vision of key systems, writing clean and maintainable code in TypeScript (React), CSS, and HTML.
You will help establish best practices and patterns, ensuring quality work within your team using tools like Playwright and Storybook.
The position requires instrumenting applications with performance metrics, writing clear technical designs, and participating in an on-call rotation.
You will mentor other engineers, engage in pair programming, and provide insightful code reviews.
Collaboration with UX designers, backend engineers, and key music industry stakeholders is essential.

Requirements:

You must have at least 5 years of experience as a Frontend Software Engineer.
Proficiency in developing excellent frontend applications using React is required.
Strong programming skills, particularly in JavaScript or TypeScript, are essential.
A solid understanding of web fundamentals, including CSS, HTML, HTTP, and web browsers, is necessary.
You should be capable of driving optimal design and development of complex frontend systems.
Experience with accessibility, internationalization, and frontend performance optimization is required.
You must have developed component libraries or implemented design systems.
The ability to transform static mockups into functional applications is essential.
A bias towards action and a focus on delivering better solutions efficiently is expected.
You should be empathetic, collaborative, and able to work well in a team environment.
Clear and effective communication skills are a must.

The salary range for this position is $156,000 - $205,000 per year, depending on work experience and business needs.
