Description:
Wellhub (formerly Gympass) is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join the B2B Acquisition squad within the MEP team in Brazil.
The role involves working on the Wellhub SMB buy flow, enabling clients to engage with the sales team or contract Wellhub through self-checkout features.
As part of the Marketing Engineering & Platform team, you will collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure high-quality deployment of strategies.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and resilience.
You will work with cutting-edge technologies on a global scale, make architectural decisions, plan daily work and initiatives, and engage with stakeholders to fulfill business requirements.
The role also involves building integrations with 3rd party APIs, supporting data-driven discussions, and engaging with prospects through various channels.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in designing and developing modern web applications.
Strong proficiency in web technologies such as Javascript, Typescript, NodeJS, GraphQL, React, NextJS, Styled Components, AWS, Github Actions, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment, and Amplitude.
Familiarity with testing methodologies like unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, automation, monitoring, observability, and KPIs tracking.
Ability to work in an agile environment, possess strong communication skills in English and Portuguese, and value data-driven decision-making.
Prior experience in NextJS/ReactJS, monitoring, and CI/CD is mandatory for this role.
