Description:

  • Wellhub (formerly Gympass) is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join the B2B Acquisition squad within the MEP team in Brazil.
  • The role involves working on the Wellhub SMB buy flow, enabling clients to engage with the sales team or contract Wellhub through self-checkout features.
  • As part of the Marketing Engineering & Platform team, you will collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure high-quality deployment of strategies.
  • Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and resilience.
  • You will work with cutting-edge technologies on a global scale, make architectural decisions, plan daily work and initiatives, and engage with stakeholders to fulfill business requirements.
  • The role also involves building integrations with 3rd party APIs, supporting data-driven discussions, and engaging with prospects through various channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in designing and developing modern web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in web technologies such as Javascript, Typescript, NodeJS, GraphQL, React, NextJS, Styled Components, AWS, Github Actions, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment, and Amplitude.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies like unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, automation, monitoring, observability, and KPIs tracking.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, possess strong communication skills in English and Portuguese, and value data-driven decision-making.
  • Prior experience in NextJS/ReactJS, monitoring, and CI/CD is mandatory for this role.
